On November 27, the Forum for Sustainable Architecture will take place for the first time at the Bundeskunsthalle in Bonn.
It is the central event for all architects and planners who want to make a difference in sustainability and climate protection without compromise.
Rather than presenting fancy renderings, the Forum offers honest reports and a realistic view of existing conditions and design options. The focus will be on planning strategies for climate-friendly design scenarios and suitable material selection for sustainable projects.
The German Sustainability Award for Architecture will be presented at the event's closing ceremony. An overview of this year's nominees can be found here. The first edition of the Sustainable Architecture Forum is jointly organized by the DGNB and the Chamber of Architects of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Participation is free of charge.
