The DGNB Sustainability Challenge 2025 has once again produced a wide range of forward-looking solutions for the sustainable transformation of the construction and real estate industry. This year's winners have now been announced. GLAPOR Werk Mitterteich GmbH, Co-reactive GmbH, and the Smart Circular Bridge research project impressed in the main categories of innovation, start-up, and research. The LEGO project won the audience prize.
This year's special “Social Impact” prize went to the inclusive housing concept Hoffnungshaus. Two special student prizes were also awarded. One went to Clara Borgens for her bachelor's thesis “Sustainability Assessment – Influence of Circularity on the CO2 Balance of a Building Component.” The other went to the student research project Windturm 2.0. The winners were announced at the DGNB Sustainability Day on June 2025 in Stuttgart.
